Our Firm

Michael Nigro and Craig Westfall co-founded the firm in 1980. Initially they established the firm concentrating in creditors' rights, commercial, construction, and real estate law. As demand for the firm's services increased it has added attorneys and practice areas including wills and trusts, estate planning and personal injury law.

Our strategy is specialization. Each attorney concentrates his practice in only a few areas to more efficiently and effectively serve the client. Our staff also is experienced and skilled. Our commitment is to provide quality legal services at a fair and reasonable cost.

Our experience, dedication, and expertise enable us to provide quality and personal representation for businesses and individuals. We represent banks, small and medium size businesses, construction industry companies and individuals throughout Chicago Metropolitan area including Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Will counties.
